[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7828, December 02, 1994 ]

AN ACT ESTABLISHING A VOCATIONAL-TECHNICAL SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CARAMOAN, PROVINCE OF CAMARINES SUR, TO BE KNOWN AS THE CARAMOAN VOCATIONAL-TECHNICAL SCHOOL AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1. There shall be established, under the supervision of the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA), a vocational-technical school in the Municipality of Caramoan, Province of Camarines Sur, to be known as the Caramoan Vocational-Technical School, hereinafter referred to as the School.

Section 2. The School shall offer vocational and technical courses as may be authorized by the TESDA.

Section 3. The Department of Education, Culture and Sports, and the TESDA shall take the necessary steps for the establishment and operation of the School.

Section 4. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.

Section 5.  This Act shall take effect upon its approval.1a⍵⍴h!1
