[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7825, November 18, 1994 ]

AN ACT CONVERTING THE SUYO NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL ANNEX IN BARANGAY SUYO, MUNICIPALITY OF SAGADA, MOUNTAIN PROVINCE, INTO AN INDEPENDENT NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL TO BE KNOWN AS THE SUYO NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1. The Suyo National High School Annex in Barangay Suyo, Municipality of Sagada, Mountain Province, is hereby separated from the Mountain Province General Comprehensive High School in the Municipality of Bontoc, Mountain Province, and converted into an independent national high school to be known as the Suyo National High School.

Section 2. The Secretary of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue such orders, rules and circulars as may be necessary for the implementation of this Act.1a⍵⍴h!1

Section 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.

Section 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
