Republic of the Philippines Congress of the Philippines Third Regular Session [ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7812, October 26, 1994 ] AN ACT CONVERTING THE ROSARIO BARANGAY HIGH SCHOOL IN ROSARIO, ALOGUINSAN, CEBU, INTO A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL TO BE KNOWN AS THE ROSARIO NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled: Section 1. The barangay high school of Barangay Rosario in the Municipality of Aloguinsan, Cebu, is hereby converted into a national high school to be known as Rosario National High School. Section 2. Upon organization of Rosario National High School, all assets, liabilities, personnel, equipment and records of Rosario Barangay High School shall be transferred to the Rosario National High School. Section 3. The Secretary of Education, Culture and Sports is hereby empowered to promulgate such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act. Section 4. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter. Section 5.
