[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7794, August 08, 1994 ]

AN ACT RENAMING THE LIGAO TECHNICAL-VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL TO LIGAO NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF LIGAO, PROVINCE OF ALBAY, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1. The Ligao Technical-Vocational High School in the Municipality of Ligao, Province of Albay, is hereby renamed as Ligao National High School.1a⍵⍴h!1

Section 2. The amount necessary for the implementation of this Act shall be charged to the appropriations of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports. Thereafter, such sums as may be deemed necessary for its implementation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

Section 3. This Act shall take effect immediately upon its approval.

Lapsed into law on August 8, 1994 without the President's signature, pursuant to Sec. 27(1), Article VI of the Constitution.
