[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7714, May 05, 1994 ]

AN ACT CONVERTING THE ABORLAN HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF ABORLAN, PROVINCE OF PALAWAN, INTO A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, TO BE KNOWN AS THE ABORLAN NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1. The Aborlan High School in the Municipality of Aborlan, Province of Palawan, is hereby converted into a national high school, to be known as the Aborlan National High School, separate and distinct from the Plaridel National High School.

Section 2. The Secretary of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue such orders, rules and circulars as may be necessary to implement the provisions of this Act.

Section 3. The amount necessary for the implementation of this Act shall be charged against the current year's appropriations of the Aborlan High School under Plaridel National High School. Thereafter, such sums as may be necessary for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.1a⍵⍴h!1

Section 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
