DECLARING THURSDAY, 4 AUGUST 2016, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAN PASCUAL, PROVINCE OF BATANGAS

WHEREAS, Thursday, 4 August 2016, marks the Foundation Day of the Municipality of San Pascual, Batangas;

WHEREAS, it is befitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of San Pascual, Batangas be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO R. DUTERTE, do hereby declare Thursday, 4 August 2016, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of San Pascual, Batangas.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
