DECLARING MONDAY, 20 APRIL 2015, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF TARLAC

WHEREAS, April 14-20, 2015 marks the celebration of the 17th Charter Anniversary of the City of Tarlac;

WHEREAS, to enable the people of the City of Tarlac to celebrate the occasion, the Office of the Mayor requested that 20 April 2015 be declared as a special (non-working) day in lieu of 19 April 2015, the actual anniversary day, which falls on a Sunday;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Tarlac be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.1aшphi1

NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA, JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Monday, 20 April 2015, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Tarlac.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
