AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 813 (S. 1991) WHICH RESERVED A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CAPAS, PROVINCE OF TARLAC, ISLAND OF LUZON AS RESETTLEMENT SITE OF THE MT. PINATUBO VICTIMS BY SEGREGATING A PORTION OF THE LAND EMBRACED THEREIN AND DECLARING THE SAME OPEN FOR DISPOSITION FOR SOCIALIZED HOUSING PURPOSES OF THE LIGHT ARMOR DIVISION, PHILIPPINE ARMY (LAD-PA), NOW MECHANIZED INFANTRY DIVISION (MID)

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby amend Proclamation No. 813 (s. 1991) which reserved a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in the Municipality of Capas, Province of Tarlac, Island of Luzon as resettlement site of the Mt Pinatubo victims by segregating a portion of the land embraced therein situated in Barangay Cristo Rey, Municipality of Capas, Province of Tarlac containing an area of FORTY-THREE THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED TWENTY-NINE (43,429) square meters, more or less, and declaring the same open for disposition for socialized housing purposes of the Light Armor Division, Philippine Army (LAD-PA), now Mechanized Infantry Division (MID), subject to private rights, if any there be, which parcel of land is more particularly described as follows:

LOT NO. 147-A, GSS-03-000041

A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot No. 147-A, Gss-03-000041, being a portion of Lot No. 147, Block-106, Gss-03-000038-D), situated in Barangay Cristo Rey, Municipality of Capas, Province of Tarlac, Island of Luzon.

Bounded on the E., along line 1-2 by Lot No. 147-B of the subdivision plan; on the S., along line 2-3 by Lot No. 148 (10.00m. wide Conservation Easement); on the W., along line 3-4 by Block 4, Swo- 036904-000214; on the N., along lines 4-5-6-1 by Road Lot R-8-A (15.00 m. wide). Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan being S. 62 deg. 26 W., 1,430.09 m. from BBM No. 48, Capas Cadastre, thence:

N. 89 deg. 24 W., 98.54 m. to point 3;
N. 00 deg. 04 E., 398.82 m. to point 4;

beginning, containing an area of FORTY-THREE THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED TWENTY-NINE (43,429) square meters, more or less.

All points referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground as follows; pts.1 & 2 by PS cyl. Conc. A Project Inter-Agency Committee (PIAC) composed of representatives from the Housing and Urban Development Coordinating Council (HUDCC), Department of Environment and Natural Resources and Light Armor Division-Philippine Army (LAD- PA), now Mechanized Infantry Division (MID), is hereby created. The PIAC shall formulate and issue the Implementing Rules and Regulations of this Proclamation.
