CREATING AND DESIGNATING A BUILDING, LOCATED AT AYALA AVENUE, BARANGAY BEL-AIR, MAKATI CITY, AS AN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CENTER, PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916, AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748

Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act (RA) No. 7916, otherwise known as the Special Economic Zone Act of 1995, as amended by RA No. 8748, and upon the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), I, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate a building, subject to the provisions of RA No. 7916 as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, Resolution No. 00-411 (s. 2000), as amended by Resolution Nos. 11-066 (s. 2011) and 15-240 (s. 2015) and Resolution No. 15-118 (s. 2015) of the PEZA Board of Directors, as an Information Technology (IT) Center, to be known as the Tower 6789, with a gross floor area of Fifty-Nine Thousand Eight Hundred Seven (59,807) square meters, which stands on two parcels of land, located at Ayala Avenue, Barangay Bel-Air, Makati City, containing an area of Two Thousand Four Hundred (2,400) square meters, more or less, as defined by the following technical description:

A parcel of land (Lot 15, Block 3 of the subdivision plan [LRC] Psd- 6132 being a portion of Block C of plan [LRC] Psd-5812 LRC [GLRO] Record No. 2029), situated in the Municipality (now City) of Makati, Province of Rizal (now part of Metro Manila).

Bounded on the NE., points 3 to 4 by Lot 30, Block 3, on the SE., points 4 to 1 by Lot 14, Block 3, on the SW., points 1 to 2 by Street Lot 1 (Ayala Avenue) and on the NW., points 2 to 3 by Lot 16, Block 3, all of the subdivision plan.

Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan, being S. 50 deg. 59W., 1,746.70 m. fr. BLLM 1, Municipality (now City) of Makati, Rizal (now part of Metro Manila); thence:
