WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Cavite be given full opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their city’s history with appropriate ceremonies.ᇈWᑭHIL
NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Wednesday, September 7, 2005 as special (non-working) day in the City of Cavite.ℒαwρhi৷
