WHEREAS, Tuesday, August 30, 2005, marks the Charter Day anniversary of the City of Mandaue;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Mandaue be given full opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their city’s history with appropriate ceremonies.ᇈWᑭHIL

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Tuesday, August 30, 2005, as special (non-working) day in the City of Mandaue.ℒαwρhi৷
