DECLARING THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 1, 2005, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF COTABATO

WHEREAS, Thursday, September 1, 2005, marks the 91st Foundation Day anniversary of the Province of Cotabato;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Cotabato be given full opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their provinces history with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Thursday, September 1, 2005, as special (non-working) day in the Province of Cotabato.1aшphi1
