DECLARING THURSDAY, AUGUST 4, 2005, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAN PASCUAL, PROVINCE OF BATANGAS

WHEREAS, Thursday, August 4, 2005, marks the Foundation Day anniversary of the Municipality of San Pascual, Province of Batangas;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of San Pascual, Province of Batangas be given full opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their municipalitys history with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Thursday, August 4, 2005, as special (non-working) day in the Municipality of San Pascual, Province of Batangas.1aшphi1
