DECLARING TUESDAY, AUGUST 2, 2005, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF BUTUAN

WHEREAS, Tuesday, August 2, 2005, marks the Charter Day anniversary of the City of Butuan;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Butuan be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Tuesday, August 2, 2005, as special (non-working) day in the City of Butuan.
