RESERVING A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN BARANGAY CONCEPCION, MUNICIPALITY OF ASUNCION, PROVINCE OF DAVAO DEL NORTE, ISLAND OF MINDANAO AS SITE OF THE CONCEPCION ELEMENTARY SCHOOL
Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources, and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale, entry, disposition or settlement and reserve for school site purposes of the Concepcion Elementary School, under the administration of the Department of Education, a certain parcel of land of the public domain containing an area of TWENTY EIGHT THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED EIGHTY TWO (28,482) SQUARE METERS, more or less, situated in Barangay Concepcion, Municipality of Asuncion, Province of Davao del Norte, Island of Mindanao, subject to private rights if any there be, which parcel of land is now particularly described as follows:
A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot No. 1, Cad-927-D, Case 22) situated in Concepcion, Asuncion, Davao del Norte.

The tract of land herein reserved shall be non-alienable and shall not be subject to occupation, entry, sale, lease, or other mode of disposition until again declared alienable through Proclamation by the President.
