DECLARING MONDAY, JUNE 20, 2005, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF COTABATO

WHEREAS, Monday, June 20, 2005, marks the 46th Foundation Day anniversary of the City of Cotabato;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Cotabato be given full opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their citys history with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare, Monday, June 20, 2005, as special (non-working day in the City of Cotabato.1aшphi1
