RESERVING FOR OFFICE SITE PURPOSES OF THE CIVIL SERVICE COMMISSION, TANDAG, SURIGAO DEL SUR, A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED AT BARANGAY TELAJE, MUNICIPALITY OF TANDAG, PROVINCE OF SURIGAO DEL SUR, ISLAND OF MINDANAO

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources, and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby reserve a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated at Barangay Telaje, Municipality of Tandag, Province of Surigao del Sur, Island of Mindanao, containing an area of Four Hundred (400) square meters for office site purposes of the Civil Service Commission, Tandag, Surigao del Sur, subject to private rights, if any there be, which parcel of land is more particularly described as follows:

LOT 4367-A, CSD-13-000666

A PARCEL OF LAND, (Lot 4367-A, Csd-13-000666, being a portion of Lot 4367, Cad 392-D, Tandag Cadastre), situated at Barangay Telaje, Municipality of Tandag, Province of Surigao del Sur, Island of Mindanao.

Bounded on the NW., along line 1-2, by road; on the NE., & SE., along lines 2-3-4-1 by Lot 4367-B, Csd-13-000666.1aшphi1

Beginning at point marked “1” on plan being S. 33 deg. 28' W., 1,386.67 meters from BLLM No. 1, Cad-392-D, Tandag Cadastre, thence:

N. 34 deg. 16' E.,	25.00 m. to point 2;
S. 54 deg. 02' E.,	16.00 m. to point 3;
S. 34 deg. 16' W.,	25.00 m. to point 4;
N. 54 deg. 02' W.,	16.00 m. to point of

beginning, containing an area of FOUR HUNDRED (400) square meters, more or less.

All points referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground by PS Cyl. Conc. Mons. 15 x 40 cms. Bearings Grid; Date of original survey: July 27 – 29, 1987; Date of Subdivision Survey: June 15, 1998 executed by Geodetic Engineer Vicente P. Acebedo and approved on September 4, 2001.
