DECLARING THURSDAY, MAY 19, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN BUTUAN CITY

WHEREAS, the City of Butuan celebrates its annual fiesta on Thursday, May 19, 2005;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Butuan be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.ᇈWᑭHIL

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency,  GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Thursday, May 19, 2005, as special (non-working) day in Butuan City.ℒαwρhi৷
