DECLARING SATURDAY, MAY 7, 2005, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF SAN PABLO

WHEREAS, Saturday, May 7, 2005, marks the 65th Foundation Day anniversary of the City of San Pablo;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of San Pablo be given full opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their city’s history with appropriate ceremonies.ᇈWᑭHIL

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Saturday, May 7, 2005, as special (non-working) day in the City of San Pablo.

IN WITNESS THEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
