RESERVING FOR BARANGAY HOUSING SITE PURPOSES A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN BARANGAY CAASINAN, MUNICIPALITY OF CABADBARAN, PROVINCE OF AGUSAN DEL NORTE, ISLAND OF MINDANAO
Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources, and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Philippines, do hereby set aside a certain parcel of land of the public domain as barangay housing site, subject to private rights if any, for disposition under Chapter IX of the Public Land Law (Act No. 141), situated in Barangay Caasinan, Municipality of Cabadbaran, Province of Agusan del Norte, Island of Mindanao and more particularly described as follows:
