DECLARING WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 14, 2001, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE CITY OF VALENZUELA

WHEREAS, Wednesday, February 14, 2001, marks the 3rd Charter Day anniversary of the City of Valenzuela;

WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the people of the City of Valenzuela be given full opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their citys history with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me in Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27, of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Wednesday, February 14, 2001, as a special day in the City of Valenzuela.1aшphi1

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
