DECLARING SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 3, 2001, AS SPECIAL DAY IN THE CITY OF CABANATUAN

WHEREAS, Saturday, February 3, 2001, marks the 51st Foundation Day anniversary of the City of Cabanatuan:

WHEREAS, it is fitting that the people of the City of Cabanatuan be given full opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their citys history with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me in Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27, of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Saturday, February 3, 2001, as a special day in the City of Cabanatuan.1aшphi1

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
