DECLARING TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 27, 2001 AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE CITY OF GENERAL SANTOS

WHEREAS, the City of General Santos will marks the 62nd Foundation Anniversary and Kalilangan Festival on Tuesday, February 27, 2001;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of General Santos, be given the opportunity to participate in this once in a lifetime celebration.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL ARROYO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Tuesday, February 27, 2001 as special day in General Santos City.1aшphi1
