CREATING AND DESIGNATING A PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PRIVATE DOMAIN SITUATED ALONG SHAW BOULEVARD, BARANGAY HIGHWAY HILLS, MANDALUYONG CITY, AS INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY ZONE PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916 AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748
Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act No. 7916, the Special Economic Zone Act of 1995, as amended by Republic Act No. 8748 (An Act Amending Republic Act 7916), I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate as an Information Technology Zone pursuant to the provisions of Republic Act No. 7916, as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and Resolution No. 01-076 dated 08 March 2001 of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, a parcel of land located along Shaw Boulevard, Barangay Highway Hills, Mandaluyong City, consisting of TWO THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED SIXTY NINE (2,469) SQUARE METERS, more or less, as defined by the following technical description:

A parcel of land (As shown on the plan, Pcn-00-000776, being a consolidation of Lots 43, 44, 45 & 47, Block 1, Psd-13-004922, LRC Record No. 699, 815 & 917), situated in the Barangay of Highway Hills, Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila, Island of Luzon. On such parcel of land stands the Summit One Office Tower Building which will house the Information Technology (IT) Zone.
