DECLARING WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 23, 1972, AS A SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN THE PROVINCE OF MARINDUQUE.

WHEREAS, Wednesday, February 23, 1972, marks the 52nd charter anniversary of the Province of Marinduque;

WHEREAS, the residents of Marinduque should be afforded the opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their Province’s history with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALEJANDRO MELCHOR, Executive Secretary, by order of His Excellency, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby declare Wednesday, February 23, 1972, as a special public holiday in the Province of Marinduque.1aшphi1
