AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 1046 DATED JULY 12, 1972 DECLARING A STATE OF PUBLIC CALAMITY IN CERTAIN PROVINCES.

Proclamation No. 1046 dated July 12, 1972, is hereby amended so as to include the following provinces of Leyte, Bohol, Capiz, Cotabato, Cotabato South, Davao Norte, Lanao del Sur, Iloilo and Surigao Norte, which have long been under a prolonged period of drought as calamity areas.
