MARCOS, President of the Philippines, I, ALEJANDRO MELCHOR, Executive Secretary, do hereby extend up to December 31, 1972, the national membership and educational fund campaign of the Philippine Mental Health Association, authorized under Proclamation No. 963, dated February 4, 1972.
