EXCLUDING FROM THE SAN RAMON PRISON AND PENAL FARM RESERVATION SITUATED IN THE CITY OF ZAMBOANGA, ISLAND OF MINDANAO, A CERTAIN PORTION OF THE LAND EMBRACED THEREIN AND RESERVING THE SAME FOR THE USE OF THE PHILIPPINE COCONUT RESEARCH INSTITUTE AS A COCONUT RESEARCH AND BREEDING STATION PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 4059
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby exclude from the San Ramon Prison and Penal Farm Reservation situated in the City of Zamboanga, Island of Mindanao, certain portions of the land embraced therein and reserve the same for the use of the Philippine Coconut Research Institute as a coconut research and breeding station pursuant to Republic Act No. 4059, subject to private rights, if any there be, and to final survey, which portions are more particularly described as follows:
