AUTHORIZING THE KATIPUNAN FOUNDATION, INC. TO CONDUCT A MEMBERSHIP AND FUND DRIVE FROM JUNE 1 TO DECEMBER 31, 1972

WHEREAS, the Katipunan Foundation, Inc., is a non-stock, non-profit organization aimed at improving the quality of education in commerce and related disciplines, financing educational, scientific researches and fellowships and providing guidance and leadership to the youth as exemplified by the founders of the Katipunan; and

WHEREAS, the organization needs public support for the attainment of its objectives;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALEJANDRO MELCHOR, Executive Secretary, by order of His Excellency, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby authorize the Katipunan Foundation, Inc., to conduct a fund drive from June 1 to December 31, 1972. I urge all citizens to give generously of their means so that the Foundation may attain its lofty objectives.
