DECLARING THE PERIOD FROM MAY 21 TO 27, 1972, AS “REALTOR’S WEEK”

WHEREAS, the real estate industry has been instrumental in the development of cities and urban areas; and

WHEREAS, it is desirable to focus attention on the desirability of the real estate industry to gear its activities and policies to much needed social changes and reforms;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALEJANDRO MELCHOR, Executive Secretary, by order of His Excellency, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby declare the period from May 21 to 27, 1972, as “Realtors’ Week” under the auspices of the Philippine Association of Realtors Boards and other involved organizations.
