EXCLUDING FROM THE OPERATION OF PROCLAMATION NO. 64, DATED AUGUST 6, 1925, a PORTION OF LAND EMBRACED THEREIN AND DECLARING THE SAME OPEN TO DISPOSITION FOR BUILDING SITE PURPOSES OF THE DEVELOPMENT BANK OF THE PHILIPPINES ON a NEGOTIATED FEE BASIS.
Upon recommendation of the Secretary of General Services, and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby exclude from the operation of Proclamation No. 64, dated August 6, 1925, which reserved a parcel of land of the private domain, situated in the City of Baguio, Island of Luzon, for park site purposes, a certain portion of the land embraced therein and declare the same open to disposition for building site purposes of the Development Bank of the Philippines on a negotiated fee basis, which portion is more particularly described as follows, to wit:
TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION
A parcel of land situated in the Residence Section “A”, Baguio Townsite, Island of Luzon, bounded on all sides by Public Road. Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan, being S. 850 28’E., 367 m. from B.L. No. 8, Baguio Townsite;
Thence N. 47 deg. 34’W., 18.74 m. to point 2;
Thence N. 47 deg. 25’E., 54.49 m. to point 3;
Thence S. 47 deg. 34’E., 18.74 m. to point 4;
Thence S. 42 deg. 26’W., 54.49 m. to point
of beginning containing an area of One Thousand and Twenty one (1,021) square meters, more or less. Date of Survey, April 1, 1971.1aшphi1
