RESERVING FOR PORT DEVELOPMENT PURPOSES (CUSTOMS ZONE) a CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE CITY OF DAVAO, ISLAND OF MINDANAO.
WHEREAS, the premises adjoining the piers and wharves at the Sasa Wharf, Port of Davao, should be placed under the jurisdiction and administration of the Bureau of Customs for more effective administration and control of the customs service thereat;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, upon recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby withdraw from sale or disposition and reserve for port development purposes (Customs Zone) under the jurisdiction, administration, control and use of the Bureau of Customs, subject to private rights, if there be any, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in the City of Davao, Island of Mindanao, which is more particularly described as follows:
