ESTABLISHING AS BUREAU OF FORESTRY-SILLIMAN UNIVERSITY EXPERIMENTAL AND EDUCATIONAL FOREST RESERVE THE PARCELS OF PUBLIC DOMAIN IN THE MUNICIPALITIES OF BINDOY, MANJUYOD AND BAIS, PROVINCE OF NEGROS ORIENTAL.
Upon recommendation of the Director of Forestry, approved by the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources, and pursuant to the provisions of Section 1826 of the Revised Administrative Code, as amended by Republic Act No. 3092, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from entry, sale, settlement or other disposition and establish and proclaim as FOREST RESERVE, subject to private rights, if any there be, the four parcels of public domain known as the BUREAU OF FORESTRY-SILLIMAN UNIVERSITY EXPERIMENTAL FOREST located in the Municipalities of Bindoy, Manjuyod and Bais, Province of Negros Oriental, Philippines, and described on B.F. Map No. FR-141 containing an aggregate area of FIVE THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED EIGHTEEN (5,418) HECTARES more or less, for experimental and educational purposes of the Bureau of Forestry and Silliman University and under the administration and control of the Director of Forestry.1aшphi1
