MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Proclamation No. 712, October 10, 1960 ] RESERVING FOR REGIONAL REHABILITATION AND TRAINING CENTER SITE PURPOSES OF THE SOCIAL WELFARE ADMINISTRATION A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF BONUAN BOQUIG, MUNICIPALITY OF DAGUPAN (NOW DAGUPAN CITY), PROVINCE OF PANGASINAN, ISLAND OF LUZON Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the provisions of Section 83 of Commonwealth Act No. 141, as amended, I, Carlos P. Garcia, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for Regional Rehabilitation and Training Center site purposes, under the administration of the Social Welfare Administration, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in the barrio of Bonuan Boquig, municipality of Dagupan (now Dagupan City), province of Pangasinan, Island of Luzon, and more particularly described as follows, to wit: Lot 9095-E Bsd-4017 A parcel of land (Lot 9096-E of the subdivision plan Bsd-4017, being a portion of Lot 9095 of the Cadastral survey of Dagupan, L.R.C. Cad. Record No. ———), situated in the barrio of Bonuan Boquig, municipality of Dagupan (now Dagupan City), province of Pangasinan. Bounded on the NE., along line 1-2, by lot 9095-C of the subdivision plan; on the SE., along line 2-3, by lot 8671, Dagupan Cadastre; on the SW., along lines 3-4-5, by lot 9095-H of the subdivision plan; on the NW., along lines 5-6-7, by Lingayen Gulf; and on the NE., along 7-1, by lot 9095-C of the subdivision plan. Beginning at a point marked 1 on plan, being N. 10° 05' W., 732.96 meters from B.L.L.M. 7, Dagupan Cadastre, thence S. 32° 13' E., 41.64 meters to point 2; thence S. 54° 02' W., 229.02 meters to point 3; thence N. 26° 52' W., 58.70 meters to point 4; thence N. 26° 52' W., 71.37 meters to point 5; thence N. 52° 53' E., 41.05 meters to point 6; thence N. 64° 17' E., 155.93 meters to point 7; and thence S. 51° 34' E., 62.25 meters to the point of beginning; containing an area of 25,453 square meters. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and marked on the ground as follows: point 3 by Old B. L. Conc. Mon.; point 5 by intersection, points 6 and 7 by Old Points and the rest by B.L. Conc.
