RESERVING FOR ADDITIONAL BUILDING SITE PURPOSES OF THE BUREAU OF PUBLIC WORKS A CERTAIN PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE SOUTH HARBOR, PORT AREA DISTRICT, CITY OF MANILA

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the provisions of section 83 of Commonwealth Act No. 141, as amended, I, Carlos P. Garcia, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for additional building site purposes of the Bureau of Public Works, under its administration, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of the public domain situated in the South Harbor, Port Area District, City of Manila, and more particularly described as follows, to wit:

Lot 1, Block 2 SWO-20567
(Republic of the Philippines)

A parcel of land (Lot 1, Block 2 of the resurvey and subdivision plan Swo-20567, being a portion of a certain portion of Reclamation Plan 1, L. R. C. Record No. 3), situated in the South Harbor, Port Area District, City of Manila, Island of Luzon. Bounded on the NW, along line 1-2 by 16th Street; on the NE., along line 2-3 by Bonifacio Drive; on the SE., along line 3-4 by Lot 2, Block 2 of the resurvey and subdivision plan; and on the SW., along line 4-1 by Railroad Street. Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan, being N. 29° 43' W., 498.28 meters from F. Hydrant (unnumbered), City of Manila: thence N. 45° 22' E., 52,67 meters to point 2; thence S. 31° 13' E., 78.22 meters to point 3; thence S. 58° 47' W., 50.48 meters to point 4; thence N. 31° 52' W., 66.00 meters to point 1, point of beginning; containing an area of three thousand six hundred sixty eight square meters and ninety square decimeters ,(3,668.90). All points referred to are indicated on the plan and marked on the ground by Concrete Monuments 15 X 60 cm. marked B.L.; bearings true; date of the resurvey and subdivision survey, December 2-3, 1947 and March 29, 1948, executed by Ceferino Alinsod, Public Land Surveyor and that of the approval, July 9., 1948.1aшphi1
