DECLARING THE PERIOD FROM JULY 18 TO 23, 1960, AS ADVERTISING WEEK

WHEREAS, it is desirable that the vital role played by advertising in the promotion of our economic and social progress be brought to the attention of the people;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, Carlos P. Garcia, President of the Philippines, do hereby declare the period from July 18 to 23, 1960, as Advertising Week.
