MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Proclamation No. 673, May 11, 1960 ] RESERVING FOR LIMNOLOGICAL STATION SITE PURPOSES OF THE BUREAU OF FISHERIES A CERTAIN PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF LOS BAÑOS, LAGUNA, ISLAND OF LUZON Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the provisions of section 83 of Commonwealth Act No. 141, as amended, I, Carlos P. Garcia, President of the Philippines, do hereby exclude from sale or settlement and reserve for Limnological Station Site purposes of the Bureau of Fisheries under its administration, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of the public domain situated in the municipality of Los Baños, province of Laguna, Island of Luzon, and more particularly described as follows, to wit: Nr-138-D Bureau of Fisheries (Limnological Station Site) A parcel of land (as shown on plan Nr-138-D), situated in the barrio of Bambang, municipality of Los Baños, province of Laguna. Bounded on the SE., along line 1-2, by old abandoned road; on the SW. and W., along lines 2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10, by creek (No name); on the N. and NE., along lines 10-11-12-13, by Laguna Lake; and on the E., along lines 13-14-1, by public land claimed by Amado Gilo. Beginning at a point marked 1 on plan, being S. 66° 12' W., 464.50 meters from B.L.L.M. 1, Mp. of Los Baños, Laguna, thence S. 63° 32' W., 67.29 meters to point 2; thence N. 32° 42' W., 12.64 meters to point 3; thence N. 35° 15' W., 21.45 meters to point 4; thence N. 24° 13' W., 34.10 meters to point 5; thence N. 9° 36' W., 7.56 meters to point 6; thence N. 22° 21' W., 20.20 meters to point 7; thence N. 28° 17' W., 20.94 meters to point 8; thence N. 6° 14' W., 26.08 meters to point 9; thence N. 7° 03' W., 20.92 meters to point 10; thence N. 88° 53' E., 66.08 meters to point 11; thence S. 77° 29' E., 27.64 meters to point 12; thence S. 41° 33' E., 14.59 meters to point 13; thence S. 16° 42' E., 44.25 meters to point 14; and thence S. 2° 04' E., 62.56 meters to the point of beginning; containing an area of 12,861 square meters. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and marked on the ground as follows: points 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7, by crosses on trees; points 8 and 9, by stakes: points 11, 12 and 13, by concrete posts; and the rest, by P.S. Cyl. Cone. Mons.; bearings true; date of survey, November 20, 1959 and January 23, 1960 and approved on March 10, 1960.
