AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 652, DATED MARCH 7, 1960, ENTITLED “DECLARING THE PERIOD FROM THE FIRST MONDAY TO THE SUCCEEDING SUNDAY OF MAY OF EVERY YEAR AS NATIONAL TRAFFIC SAFETY WEEK AND THE MONDAY FOLLOWING AS SAFE DRIVING DAY (S-D DAY) AND CREATING A COMMITTEE TO TAKE CHARGE OF THEIR CELEBRATION”
By virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, Carlos P. Garcia, President of the Philippines, do hereby amend Proclamation No. 652, dated March 7, 1960, by designating the Commissioner of Public Highways and the President, Association of Chiefs of Police of the Philippines, as additional members of the committee therein created to take charge of the celebration of National Traffic Safety Week and Safe Driving Day.
