MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Proclamation No. 659, March 22, 1960 ] RESERVING FOR LAND SETTLEMENT PURPOSES UNDER THE ADMINISTRATION AND DISPOSITION OF THE NATIONAL RESETTLEMENT AND REHABILITATION ADMINISTRATION (NARRA) CERTAIN PARCELS OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITIES OF KOLAMBUGAN, MUNAY, PANTAO-RAGAT, TUBOD, AND BAROY, PROVINCE OF LANAO, ISLAND OF MINDANAO Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the provisions of section 83 of Commonwealth Act No. 141, as amended, I, Carlos P. Garcia, President of the Philippines, do hereby reserve for settlement and development purposes under the administration and disposition of the National Resettlement and Rehabilitation Administration (NARRA), subject to private rights, if any there be, and to the condition that the timber and other forest products therein as well as the use and occupancy of the area indicated as timber-land or forest reserve shall remain under the administration and control of the Bureau of Forestry in accordance with Forest Laws and Regulations, certain parcels of the public domain situated in the municipalities of Kolambugan, Munay, Pantao-Ragat, Tubod, and Baroy, province of Lanao, Island of Mindanao, and more particularly described as follows: PARCEL I The alienable and disposable areas under Land Classification Projects No. 40, No. 39, No. 15-H Block I, No. 15-H Block II and No. 25-A as certified by the Director of Forestry per Forestry Administrative Order No. 4-625, dated June 20, 1957. These alienable and disposable areas are located in the Municipalities of Kolambugan, Munay, Tubod, and Baroy, Province of Lanao, and are shown and described on Bureau of Forestry Map L.C 2107; PARCEL II The alienable and disposable area under Land Classification Project No. 15-A, Block V, as certified on April 30, 1931; by the Director of Forestry by authority of section 1827 of the Revised Administrative Code and approved by the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources on May 22, 1931. This alienable and disposable area is located in the Municipality of Kolambugan, Province of Lanao, and is shown and described on Bureau of Forestry Map L.C. 883; PARCEL III The alienable and disposable areas under Land Classification Projects No. 15-1, Block I, No. 15-1, Block II, No. 28-C, No. 25-B, as certified by the Director of Forestry under Forestry Administrative Order No. 4-718 dated May 26, 1958. These alienable and disposable areas are located in the Municipalities of Kolambugan, Pantao-Ragat, and Munay, Province of Lanao, and are shown and described on Bureau of Forestry Map L.C. 2200; and PARCEL IV The alienable and disposable areas under Land Classification Project No. 15-D, Block I, and Project No. 28-B, which areas are certified by the Director of Forestry under Forestry Administrative Order No. 4-615, dated June 3, 1957. These alienable and disposable areas are located in ‘the Municipalities of Kolambugan and Pantao-Ragat, Province of Lanao, and are shown and described on Bureau of Forestry Map L.C. 2097, containing an aggregate area of 13,943 hectares more or less.
