EXCLUDING FROM THE OPERATION OF PROCLAMATION NO. 82, DATED OCTOBER 23, 1954, CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND EMBRACED THEREIN SITUATED IN THE CITY OF CAVITE AND DECLARING THE SAME OPEN TO DISPOSITION UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF THE PUBLIC LAND ACT
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the provisions of sections 83 and 88 of Commonwealth Act No. 141, as amended, I, CARLOS P. GARCIA, President of the Philippines, do hereby exclude from the operation of Proclamation No. 82, dated October 23, 1954, certain parcels of land embraced therein situated in the City of Cavite and declare the same open to disposition under the provisions of the Public Land Act, which parcels of land are more particularly described as follows:

A parcel of land (as shown on plan Psu-155996, situated in the City of Cavite, Island of Luzon. Bounded on the E., S., and W., along lines 1-2-3-4 by lot 1, Psu-143099-portion (The City of Cavite); and on the N., along line 4-1 by lot 752, Cavite Cadastre. Beginning at a point marked 1 on plan, being S. 19° 22' E., 223.08 meters from B.L.L.M. 3, Cavite Cadastre, thence S. 9° 11' E., 7.25 meters to point 2; thence S. 76° 08' W., 15.95 meters to point 3; thence N. 15° 46' W., 8.02 meters to point 4; thence N. 78° 49' E., 16.82 meters to the point of beginning; containing an area of 125 square meters. All points referred to are indicated. on the plan and marked on the ground as follows: points 1 and 4 by old B.L. concrete monuments; and points 2 and 3 by P.L.S. Cyl concrete monuments; bearings true; date of the survey, September 23, 1956, and that of the approval, December 12, 1956.

A parcel of land (Lot 2 of plan Psu-143099, situated in the districts of San Roque and Caridad, City of Cavite. Bounded on the NE., SE., and SW., by lot 1 of plan Psu-143099; and on the NW., by lot 1, Block 216 of Caridad Estate (Lorenza Luyog Ing). Beginning at a point marked 1 on plan, being S. 12° 00' W., 289.68 meters from B.L.L.M. 3, Caridad Extension Cadastre 11, thence N. 46° 57' E., 45.14 meters to point 2; thence S. 22° 18' E., 33.19 meters to point 3; thence S. 65° 56' W., 42.58 meters to point 4;, thence N. 21° 13' W., 18.51 meters to the point of beginning; containing an area of 1,094 square meters, more or less. All point referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground by oId P.L.S. Cyl. concrete monuments; bearings true; declination 0° 50' E.; date of survey, July 18, 1954.
