RESERVING FOR PUBLIC PLAZA SITE PURPOSES A PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF DANAO, PROVINCE AND ISLAND OF CEBU

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the provisions of section 83 of Commonwealth Act No. 141, as amended, I, CARLOS P. GARCIA, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for public plaza site purposes under the administration of the municipality of Danao, subject to private rights if any there be, and to future survey a certain parcel of the public domain situated in the municipality of Danao, province and Island of Cebu, and more particularly described as follows:

Proposed Reservation for the
Municipality of Danao

“A parcel of land (the proposed reservation for the municipality of Danao), situated in the municipality of Danao, province of Cebu. Bounded on the NW., along line 1-2 by Nicolas del Carmen Road; on the E. and SE., along lines 2-3-4-5 by national highway; and on the SW., along line 5-1 by Marcelo del Pilar Road. Beginning at a point marked 1 oh the attached sketch plan, being N. 30° 17' E., 169.90 meters from B.L.L.M. 1, Municipality of Danao, thence N. 28° 42' E., 55.01 meters to point 2; thence S. 1° 38' E., 22.87 meters to point. 3; thence S, 10° 08' W., 18.86 meters to point 4; thence S. 20° 11' W., 14.57 meters to point 5; thence N. 69° 54' W., 19.93 meters to point 1, point of beginning; containing an approximate area of 672 square meters.”
