MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Proclamation No. 580, April 29, 1959 ] RESERVING FOR MUNICIPAL BUILDING SITE PURPOSES A CERTAIN PARCEL OF THE PRIVATE DOMAIN OF THE GOVERNMENT SITUATED IN THE POBLACION, MUNICIPALITY OF TIGBAUAN, PROVINCE OF ILOILO, ISLAND OF PANAY Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the provisions of section 64(e) of the Revised Administrative Code, I, CARLOS P. GARCIA, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale and settlement and reserve for Municipal Building Site purposes, under the administration of the Municipal Government of Tigbauan, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of the private domain of the Government situated in the Poblacion, municipality of Tigbauan, province of Iloilo, island of Panay, and more particularly described as follows, to wit: Lot 217-A (Proposed Municipal Building Site) A parcel of land (lot 217-A, the proposed Municipal Building Site, being a portion of lot 217 of the cadastral survey of Tigbauan), situated in the Poblacion, municipality of Tigbauan, province of Iloilo, island of Panay. Bounded on the SW., along line 1-2 by Calle Victoria; on the NW., along line 2-3 by lot 217-B (portion of lot 217, Tigbauan Cadastre); on the NE., along line 3-4 by national road; and on the SE., along line 4-1 by Sta. Lucia Street. Beginning at a point marked 1 on attached sketch map, being S. 44° 47' W., 85.14 meters from B.L.L.M. 1, municipality of Tigbauan, province of Iloilo, thence N. 46° 03' W., 40.00 meters to point 2; thence N. 46° 41' E., 72.39 meters to point 3; thence S. 67° 38' E., 45.00 meters to point 4; thence S. 47° 22' W., 89.00 meters to point 1, point of beginning; containing an approximate area of 3,262 square meters.
