MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Proclamation No. 576, April 16, 1959 ] RESERVING FOR ELEMENTARY AND HIGH SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES CERTAIN PORTIONS OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BULUAN, PROVINCE OF COTABATO, ISLAND OF MINDANAO Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the provisions of section 83 of Commonwealth Act No. 141, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for elementary and high, school site purposes under the administration of the Director of Public Schools, subject to private rights if any there be, certain portions of the public domain situated in the municipality of Buluan, province of Cotabato, island of Mindanao, and more particularly described in the Bureau of Land plan Ts-302-D as follows: Lot 91, Ts-802-D (High School Site) A parcel of land (lot 91 as shown on the attached sketch plan) situated in the municipality of Buluan, province of Cotabato. Bounded on the NW., along line 1-2 by road; along line 2-3 by alley and lot 92, Ts-302-D; along lines 3-6 by property claimed by Datu Paglas Ibrahim; along line 6-7 by property of Teofilo Bamos; along lines 7-10 by property of Alberto Macanas; and along line 10-1 by road.
