MALACAÑANG Manila BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES Proclamation No. 465* RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES CERTAIN PARCELS OF THE PRIVATE DOMAIN OF THE GOVERNMENT, SITUATED IN THE DISTRICT OF TONDO, CITY OF MANILA Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources, and pursuant to the provisions of section 64(e) of the Revised Administrative Code in relation to the provisions of section 1 of Republic Act No. 477, I hereby withdraw from sale and settlement and reserve for school site purposes, under the administration of the Bureau of Public Schools, subject to private rights, if any there be, certain parcels of the private domain of the Government, situated in the District of Tondo, City of Manila, and more particularly described in Transfer Certificate of Title No. 12584 of the land records of Manila, to wit: "1. A parcel of land (Lot No. 17 of block No. 2751) of the cadastral survey of the City of Manila, situated on the NE. line of Calle Ricafort, District of Tondo. Bounded on the SE. by lot No. 18 of block No. 2751; on the SW. by Calle Ricafort; and on NW. by lot No. 10 of block No. 2751. Area 7 square meters and .90 square decimeters, more or less. Date of survey, December 3, 1917 to March 25, 1918. (Full technical description appears on Transfer Certificate of Title No. 50282/T-160). "2. A parcel of land (Lot No. 18 of block No. 2751 of the cadastral survey of the City of Manila, situated on the NE. line of Calle Ricafort, District of Tondo. Bounded on the NE. by lots Nos. 19, 20, 24 and 22 of block No. 2751; on the SW. by Calle Ricafort; and on the NW. by lots Nos. 17, 10, and 15 of block No. 2751. Area 4,564 square meters and .20 square decimeters, more or less. Date of survey, December 1, 1917 to March 25, 1918. A parcel of land (Lot No. 19 of block No. 2751 of the cadastral survey of the City of Manila situated on the District of Tondo. Bounded on the NE. by lot No. 20 of block No. 2751; on the SW. by lot No. 18 of Block No. 2751; and on the NW. by lot No. 15 of block No. 2751, area, 1 square meter and .80 square decimeters more or less. A parcel of land (Lot No. 24 of block No. 2751 of the cadastral survey of the City of Manila) situated in the District of Tondo. Bounded on the NE. by lots Nos. 25 and 22 of block No: 2751.
