MALACAÑANG Manila BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES Proclamation No. 432 RESERVING FOR MARKET SITE PURPOSES, A CERTAIN PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF TOLEDO, PROVINCE OF CEBU, ISLAND OF CEBU. Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the provisions of section 88 of Commonwealth Act No, 141, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for market site purposes under the administration of the Municipality of Toledo, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of the public domain situated in the municipality of Toledo, Province of Cebu, Island of Cebu, and more particularly described in the Bureau of Lands plan MR-1026, to wit: "MR-1026 (The Municipal Government of Toledo) A parcel of land (as shown on plan Mr-1026), situated in the poblacion, municipality of Toledo, Province of Cebu. Bounded on the NE., by public land; on the SE., by public land and properties of Bias Cavada, J. E. Rodriguez, T. Opsima and A. Zamora; on the SW. by wharf; on the NW., by salvage zone of Tañon Strait. Beginning at a point marked 1 on plan, being N. 16° 17′ E., 76.37 meters, from B.L.L.M. 2, municipality of Toledo, Cebu, thence N. 35° 24′ W., 78.91 meters to point 2; thence N. 62° 33′ E., 212.93 meters to point 3; thence S. 22° 00′ E.,54.10 meters to point 4; thence S. 56° 38′ W., 92.52 meters to point 5; thence S. 54° 31′ W., 3.80 meters to point 6; thence S. 54° 31′ W., 30.20 meters to point 7; thence S. 54° 31′ W., 27.05 meters to point 8; thence S. 54° 31′ W., 10.92 meters to point 9; thence S. 54° 31′ W., 33.94 meters to point of beginning; containing an area of 13,380 square meters, more or less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground by P. L. S. cyclone concrete monuments; bearings true; declination 0° 43′ E., date of survey, June 26, 27 and 29, 1951 and that of the approval, June 28, 1952. In witness whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and caused, the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
