MALACAÑANG Manila BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES Proclamation No. 394 FIXING JUNE 12, 1953, FOR THE ORGANIZATION OF THE CITY OF TACLOBAN Pursuant to the authority conferred upon me by section 89 of Republic Act No. 760, creating the City of Tacloban, I, Elpidio Quirino, President of the Philippines, do hereby fix June 12, 1953, for the organization of the Government of the City of Tacloban. In witness whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed. Done in the City of Manila, this 6th day of June, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and fifty-three, and of the Independence of the Philippines, the seventh.
