Proclamation No. 318

RESERVING FOR MATERNITY CLINIC SITE PURPOSES A CERTAIN PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE CITY OF DAVAO.

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the provisions of section 85 of Commonwealth Act No. 141, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement, and reserve for maternity clinic site purposes, under the administration of the Director of Hospitals, subject to private rights, if any there be, a portion of the public domain situated in the City of Davao, and more particularly described in the Bureau of Lands plan Bsd-10672, to wit:

Lot 2730-B, Bsd-10672

A parcel of land (lot 2730-B of the subdivision plan Bsd-10672, being a portion of lot 2730 of Davao Townsite, G.L.R.O. record No.—————), situated in the City of Davao, Island of Mindanao. Bounded on the N., by lot 2730-A of the subdivision plan; on the E. and S., by proposed street; and on the W., by Ma. Guerrero Street. Beginning at a point marked 1 in plan, being N. 67° 18′ E., 899.14 m. from monument 19, Davao townsite, thence S. 86° 59′ W., 75.04 m. to point 2; thence N. 8° 46′ W., 52.45 m. to point 3; thence N. 86° 45′ E., 80.12 m. to point 4; thence S. 3° 12′ E., 52.52 m. to the point of beginning; containing an area of 4,062 square meters, more or less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground as follows: Points 1 and 2, by old P.L.S./B.L. concrete monuments; and point 3 and 4, by P,L.S./B.L. concrete monuments; bearings true; declination 2° 08′ E., date of the subdivision survey, Nov. 2, 1951.

NOTE: Lot 2730-B Lot 3103 of Davao townsite identical to lot 4, Sta. Ana Reservation.
