MALACAÑANG Manila BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES Proclamation No. 152 REVOKING PROCLAMATION NO. 33, SERIES OF 1946, AND DECLARING THE LAND RESERVED THEREUNDER SITUATED IN THE PROVINCES OF ORIENTAL NEGROS AND OCCIDENTAL NEGROS, ISLAND OF NEGROS, OPEN TO DISPOSITION UNDER THE PUBLIC LAND ACT. Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the provisions of section 88 of Commonwealth Act No. 141, as amended, I hereby revoke Proclamation No. 33, series of 1946, and declare the land reserved thereunder open to disposition under the provisions of the said Act, subject to the future classification and survey and to the conditions that the timber and other products therein, as well as the use and occupancy of the area indicated as timber land or forest reserve, shall be placed under the administration and control of the Bureau of Forestry in accordance with the Forest Law and Regulations. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
