Proclamation No. 638

RESERVING FOR SCHOOL PURPOSES TWO PARCELS OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIOS OF ADAOAY AND CENTRAL. MUNICIPAL DISTRICTS OF KABAYAN AND BOKOD, RESPECTIVELY, MOUNTAIN PROVINCE, ISLAND OF LUZON.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school purposes, under the administration of the Director of Education, subject to private rights, if any here be, the following parcels of the public domain, situated in the barrios of Adaoay and Central municipal districts of Kabayan and Bokod, respectively, Mountain Province, Island of Luzon, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Psu-105611 and Psu-106691, to wit:

Psu-105611.—Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Psu-105611, east 110.88 m., more or less, from F. P. S. B. L. Mon. No. 3, barrio of Adaoay, municipal district of Kabayan, thence S. 42° 16′ W. 53 44 m. to point 2 S. 67° 39′ W. 41.22 m. to point 3; N. 51° 52′ W. 37.69 m. to point 4; N. 42° 38′ E. 33.76 m. to point 5; N. 29° 46′ W. 22.20 m. to point 6; N 55° 57′ E. 45.67 m. to point 7; N. 53° 21′ E. 34.11 m. to point 8; S. 54° 14′ E. 7.41 m. to point 9; S. 20° 48′ W. 32.99 m. to point 10; S. 54° 40′ E. 39.65 m. to point 1, of the beginning.

Containing; an area of 5,849 square meters.

Points 1, 2 and 10, old B. L. concrete monuments; point 3. old B. L. on stone; points 4 and 5, old crosses on stones-points 6, 7 and 9, stone monuments marked crosses P. L. S.; point 8, rock monument cross P. L. S.

Bounded on the northeast by public land and property of Pio Tagurre; on the southeast, by properties of Pio Tagurre, Esperanza Tomillas and Tame Pitok; on the southwest, by property of Mudi Markis; and on the northwest, by property of Mudi Markis and Agno River.

No. 1, municipal district of Bokod, Benguet, thence N. 15° 18′ E. 11410 m. to point 2; S. 64° 49′ E. 37.53 to point 3; S. 36° 25′ W. 27.72 m. to point 4; S. 4° 39′ W. 82.80 m. to point 5; N. 75° 17′ W. 42.20 m. to point 1, point of beginning.

Containing an area of 3,765 square meters.

Point 1, P. L. S. stone monument; point 2, cross on mass ledge rock in place marked P. L. S. around the cross; point 3, old cross marked on stone wall; point 4, old ledge; point 5, old P. L. S. stone monument.

Bounded on the northeast by public land; on the east, by lot "B" of plan Psd-15261 (School Site) and lot "B" of plan Psd-15260 (School Site); and on the southwest and northwest, by public land.
