MALACAÑANG PALACE Manila BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES Proclamation No. 631 RESERVING FOR RAILROAD PURPOSES A PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF SAN RAFAEL, MUNICIPALITY OF ATIMONAN, PROVINCE OF TAYABAS, ISLAND OF LUZON. Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for railroad purposes, under the administration of the Manila Railroad Company, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcel of the public domain, situated in the barrio of San Rafael, municipality of Atimonan, Province of Tayabas, island of Luzon, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Psd-16050, to wit: Lot No. 8816-A.—A parcel of land (lot No. 8816-A of the subdivision plan Psd-16050, being a portion of lot No. 8816 of the cadastral survey of Atimonan, G. L. R. O. Cad. Record No. 1019), situated in the barrio of San Rafael, municipality of Atimonan, Province of Tayabas. Bounded on the NE. and E., by lot No. 8816-B of the subdivision plan; on the SE., by lot No. 8813-A of the subdivision plan; on the SW., by lot No. 9563, creek and lot No. 9564; and on the W., and NW., by lot No. 9564. Beginning at a point marked "1" on plan, being N. 76° 17′ E., 51.08 meters, more or less, from M. B. M. No. 14 of Atimonan cadastre; thence S. 1° 30′ W., 17.64 m. to point "2"; thence S. 0° 42′ E., 19.46 m. to point "3"; thence S. 2° 58′ E., 19.33 m. to point "4"; thence S. 5° 16′ E., 19.47 m. to point "5"; thence S. 7° 33′ E., 19.33 m. to point "6"; thence S. 9° 51′ E., 19.46 m. to point "7"; thence S. 12° 07′ E., 19.33 m. to point "8"; thence S. 14° 35. All points referred to are indicated on the plan; and on the ground, points "1" to "8" inclusive and "24" are marked by P. L. S./M. R. concrete monuments 15 cm. diam. x 60 cm.; point "9" by cross on rock 1 m. x 1 m. x 1.20 m.; point "10" by old B. L. concrete monument 15 x 60 cm.; and points "11" to "23" inclusive, by old stakes; bearings true; declination 0° 54′ E.; date of the original survey, July, 1923-June, 1926; and that of the subdivision survey, March 20-25 and April 17 and 18, 1939.
